Vandiver Steel Fabrication, established March 1, 2001, VSF has the equipment and experience you are looking for. We have approximately 106,850 square feet under crane and still growing. Our personnel have over 300 years combined experience in the business and an exemplary safety record. We combine this experience with an integrated Quality Control System and Tracking Documentation that creates an efficient process where the best quality product is delivered on schedule. Vandiver Steel Fabrication, Inc. established a second plant in Vincent, AL in June 2006. With the addition of the new plant, Vandiver Steel has acquired 85,000 sq. ft. and employs 45 workers at the new plant. With this addition, we now have two Project Managers and two Certified Welding Inspectors/CWI's (one located at the Vandiver Plant and one at the Vincent Plant.)

The Vincent Plant has a total of four working bays equipped with 25 ton to 15 ton overhead cranes. The Vincent Plant also offers a 10'-0 x 45'-0 CNC plasma burning table, 250 ton press brake, 2 horizontal band saws, C-Clamp punches, a plate rolling machine, 3 fitting jigs, and an outdoor blast/painting yard. 

The Vandiver Plant has two working bays equipped with 10 ton to 5 ton overhead cranes. Vandiver also offers a 12'-0 x 40'-0 CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burning table, 150 ton press brake, 1 computer operated band saw, C-Clamp punch, Piranha Iron worker, and an outdoor blast/painting yard.

Our Vandiver and Vincent Plant is located 20 miles south of Birmingham Alabama in the ever-growing Shelby County.
For Our Vandiver Plant, turn left off Highway 280 East onto Highway 43. Proceed 12 miles and cross Highway 25. Go another 1.5 miles, turn left onto Highway 50 and we are at the top of the hill on the left.
For our Vincent Plant, turn left onto Highway 231 off of Highway 280. Proceed 2.2 Miles and turn right onto Shelby County Road 62. Go 1 mile on 62 and Turn right onto Shelby County Road 85. Go 3 Blocks and our drive is on the left.

We are within 20 miles of one of the largest galvanizers in the United States (Located in Birmingham).
